How it works?

    We will contact you within 24 hours via SMS to confirm whether you qualify.

    Contact will be made by an Ease rep to the funeral director for confirmation along with acquiring an invoice as evidence.

    Further contact will be made to the referee to confirm whether Ease will support.

    Anonymous Appeal

    A anonymised appeal may be launched to Ease supporters.

    Referee will be informed of how much of the cost will be covered by Ease.

  • 7


    Payment will be made directly to the funeral director within 14 days.

  • 8

    Case Closure

    Final contact will be made with referee to confirm payment.

No, our support is strictly limited to funeral support. However, if the family requires further support we will refer them to trusted charities within the UK.
